The Apple iPhone 5 is the 6th phone to be released by Apple in its spectacular smart phone line. The preceding ones have been the iPhone, iPhone 2, iPhone 3G, iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S. Because of the success of the previous models, the Apple iPhone 5 is one of the most highly anticipated mobile phones that you will expect to see. With the passing of Steve Jobs, Apple is expected to pull out all stops to assure its customers that even though the revolutionary is dead, his ideas will live on in Apple products. The Expected Features

The camera on the previous iPhones were spectacular and the iPhone 4S supported an 8 mega pixel camera along with 720p HD video recording. The Apple iPhone 5 is expected to have an even more powerful camera but the exciting feature is that it will have 3D capabilities and will be able to shoot panorama pictures. This means that you can take 360 degree angle views of your favorite sceneries. This feature is not present in most digi cams and the quality of the photo will render all your digi cams useless. You will also be able to shoot videos and pictures in 3D along with being able to shoot videos at 1080p HD. The other new feature will be the world phone capability. This latest model is expected to have a sim less body with around 3 internal antennae which will be capable of picking up GSM and CDMA network carriers. This also ensures that your phone can be us ed world wide and it is a huge advantage. The Apple iPhone 5 will also have an A5 chip with a 1.2 GHz processor. The A5 chip is dual core powered and has a dual core ARM cortex and an A-9 CPU with a neon SIMD accelerator. What all this technical mumbo jumbo means that is that the Apple iPhone 5 will be twice as fast as the previous phones and your experience will be enhanced drastically.

Not much more is known about the Apple iPhone 5 and the price is expected to be around the same as the iPhone 4 when it was released. The release date is scheduled for late next year.
