Blogs and AdSense were made in heaven. Google earns a lot of its money by allowing marketers and website owners to advertise on their search results. All this is managed through AdWords.

Actually the more competition for a keyword means the click cost more and you get paid more. Google does not release all the information so there is much speculation about the exact way Google pays out on ths service.
