In the online world, the store will be your website (again, with the right tools, no programming skills are needed). The products will be "Affiliate Products" and we'll call the people who come to your "store" "Traffic".

So, you need a website, affiliate products and traffic.

What are Affiliate Products?

Affiliate products are awesome. You can literally sell anything you want. If you love guitars, sell them. If you love the movie "Sweeney Todd", sell that. If you want to sell window frames, go ahead. And here's the best thing about affiliate products: You Don't Have To Actually Own Them! That's right, you don't need to take care of the shipping or even the payments.

All you need is a website about how amazing the product is, and provide your traffic with your "affiliate link". When someone clicks on your affiliate link, that person will be sent to the product's sale page and when they make a purchase, you'll earn a commission. Commissions can be as high as 75%!

When you have a website and a product, all you need is costumers. You need to drive as much relevant traffic as possible to your website. The key here is relevancy. Don't drive people who are looking to buy a smartphone to a website that is selling an e-book on how to quit smoking!

The very best way to drive traffic to your website, is to write articles (like this one). Write articles that are interesting and relevant to the content on your website. When you're selling guitars, write articles about how to chose a guitar that fits your needs. People who are looking to buy a guitar will read your article and will most likely click on the link to your website.

Also, the more articles you write, the higher your ranking in search engines like Google and Yahoo will be, driving even more traffic to your website!
